April 21 was the Jurys day for Inter-Dec College’s Interior Design School. On the las week of every semester, the Interior Design School receives the visit of industry collaborators such as Michael Joannidis and Bella Astor who participated in this occasion. The latter evaluate the presentations not only on the theoretical and technical level, but also in respect to the quality of the value proposition offered to the client. This tradition at Inter-Dec College allows the students to become familiar with the format of professional presentations which they will be delivering in the near future for their very own clients.

The comments from the professors and the industry professionals who were present were very favourable. The students show technical ability and creativity. Moreover, they integrate topics in contemporary architecture in the design of their commercial, residential or institutional projects. Sustainable architecture, for example, was present with a design of a natural environment built with recycled and eco-friendly materials.

Among the impressive projects the students presented, the project which best meets the criteria will be selected for its student designer to represent Inter-Dec College at the SICO contest.

The name of our representative shall be announced here shortly.

To be continued!
