Course Objectives

• Learn how to produce professional Props & Sets designed for product displays, promotional stands, television, theatre and movie stes;
• Learn how to draw out a floor plan and choose the right colors and materials;
• Create and manage projects while taking into consideration the director's intentions, the production budget, and the technical constraints
• Understand and analyze the various aspects of the TV/Film industry;
• Follow specific guidelines to organize and research elaborate creative design projects.

Career Possibilities

As a graduate, you will find work creating commercial product displays and working on Television and Film sets. You will be fully qualified to move up the ladder quickly, from Assistant Set Designer all the way to Head Prop Master or Art Director.

• One year (three 15-week semesters);
• Total of 1035 hours.
