Course Objectives

• To acquire the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to work as a hairdresser.
• To master hair and scalp treatments, setting, styling, hairdressing for women (standard and stylized cuts), layered cuts and facial hair trimming for men, perms (standard and stylized) and coloration.
• To create personalized haircuts to meet the client’s needs, body type and look, while remaining hygienic, safe and secure.

Diplomas

Diploma of Professional Studies (DEP).
Inter-Dec College Diploma.

Duration

One year (three 15–week semesters). 1455 hours in total, including a 90-hour internship.
