Inter-Dec College apartments

Inter-Dec College owns a 82-apartment complex located only a five-minute walk from the College. This housing concept is ideal for students who appreciate their independence. Both furnished and unfurnished units are available.

STUDIO		Open plan

Unfurnished		$650 CAD/month

Furnished *		$760 CAD/month

Studio (1 room):

Large open room, bedroom/kitchenette
Enclosed bathroom
Open bedroom
One-year rental (12 months)

* Furnished studios contain a bed, dresser, night table and a kitchen table with two chairs.

All units are equipped with a refrigerator and stove. The cost of electricity, heat and hot water is also included in the rent. The shortest lease term available is 12 months. N.B.: The following amounts are estimates.

Staying with a host family is a popular choice among many students. This format includes:

A single room in a private residence
A choice of three (3) meal formats: no meals, two meals or three meals per day
A furnished room
A change of linen and a towel

Our host families are carefully selected to provide quality service to our students. Stayingwith a family allows students to completely immerse themselves in a French or English environment with a warm family atmosphere.

A $200 CAD registration fee is required. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Student Residence housing is great for those who enjoy their independence as well as the benefits of communal living.
The service includes:

A communal kitchen and bathroom (shared with other students)
A common room (in some cases)
