Inter-Dec College apartments
Inter-Dec College owns an 82-apartment complex located only a five-minute walk from the College. This housing concept is ideal for students who appreciate their independence. Both furnished and unfurnished units are available.

Host Families
Staying with a host family is a popular choice among many students. This format includes:
- A single room in a private residence;
- A choice of three (3) meal plans: no meals, two meals or three meals per day;
- A furnished room;
- A change of linen and a towel.
Our host families are carefully selected to provide quality service to our students. Stayingwith a family allows students to completely immerse themselves in a French or English environment with a warm family atmosphere.

Student residences
Student Residence housing is great for those who enjoy their independence as well as the benefits of communal living.
The service includes:

- A communal kitchen and bathroom (shared with other students);
- A common room (in some cases).
